FitKim Café was established in 2015 by Kim Smit (page 5), a retired SA Rugby Test Referee, turned referee coach (page 8) for the Mpumalanga Referee Society and currently a National Referee Performance Reviewer at SA Rugby. 

The concept was born as a result of being an athlete for most of my life, knowing and understanding the time, efforts and discipline that goes into performing at the top level.  I am also a very proud mom of two sport loving boys, one of which is a professional rugby player, Dillon Smit. 

 

Being a full time business woman,  part time athlete & still being the best mom and wife you can be you need to sometimes juggle priorities which is not always easy and can take its toll on your mind and body. SO…FitKim Café was born! Convenience at your fingertips.

With FitKim Café I'm living my passion which is sport in all forms, wellness & fitness. A dream of giving support to our local athletes, people of our community and fueling them with JUST WHAT THEY NEED, NOTHING THEY DON'T to become the champions they were born to be. No Supplements. No Additives. No Chemicals. Just Real Food, Juices & Smoothies.

FitKim Café does not only cater for athletes, it's about everyone who wants to live a healthy lifestyle. Lose weight, bulk-up, Banting / LCHF, we are working on a package suitable for every need. Not all of our bodies are the same. Meal management bags and the athleisure brand for active women "movepretty" have been added to our service, to make it even more convenient.
